Terms of use

These terms govern access to systemsource-tools.digital and engagements with Systemsource Tools for programming consulting related to software platform documentation and code standards. By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request consulting services. Organization clients warrant that the person submitting a request has authority to engage on behalf of that organization.

Services described

Pages describing consultations, rates, and engagement stages are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline exist only in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and branding, belongs to Systemsource Tools or its licensors. Deliverables created under a paid engagement transfer or license as stated in that engagement’s statement of work. Pre-existing methods, templates, and checklists remain our property unless expressly assigned.

Client materials

You grant us a limited license to use materials you provide (repositories, documents, interview notes) solely to perform the engagement. You represent that you have rights to share those materials.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law of the Republic of Korea, Systemsource Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from consulting advice. Aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless a statement of work states otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Daegu shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
